House Rules
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
The booker must be 25 years of age or older and submit to a third-party verification service and sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in your stay being canceled without a refund.
No parties or events are allowed. Violations will result in your party being asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Do not adjust, tamper, or otherwise disrupt the security cameras and systems.
No indoor smoking is allowed. That includes all E-cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana products. Violations of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
No unregistered guests are allowed at the property at any time, and violations will result in your party being asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Please turn the AC to 74 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter when you go out.
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out time is at 10 a.m. unless you have prior permission. Early check-in and check-out fees are $50 per hour.
Unapproved late check-outs are $100 per hour.
Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages that are not reported at check-in.
Please replace any furniture you may have moved to its original position and ensure that all TV remotes are in the appropriate rooms.
Please place your dishes in the dishwasher with a provided soap pod and start the dishwasher before checking out.
Please properly dispose of full trash bags.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
No firearms are allowed on the premises. Any firearms found on the property will be immediately remitted to the local police.
Failure to adhere to any of these rules may result in your stay being canceled and your party being asked to leave the property without a refund.
